1. Export companies from Pipetop in the format of your CRM

Tools needed: Pipetop

Select the companies that you want to export within your Export Queue (or Company Archive, if you have exported them previously). Then select your CRM from the modal window and you'll receive the .csv export formatted and ready for import into your CRM.

2. Import companies into your CRM

Tools needed: CRM system

After you've exported the companies from Pipetop, open up your CRM and find the bulk company import feature.

CRM systems handle importing companies in various ways: some require that you create the new company fields before-hand, some let you create new fields "on-the-fly" and some even suggest new fields automatically.

3. Find the right people to contact on Linkedin

Tools needed: Linkedin, Pipetop Chrome Extension

At Pipetop, we believe your team knows best what type of persons to target. That's why we've prepared a small nifty Chrome extension that can find emails for you - reliably.

Our email moto is simple: If an email is findable, we find it (we use a combination of automation and manual research to reliably find email addresses).

What you need to do:

  1. Set up the extension: Download Pipetop Chrome Extension and log in with your Pipetop credentials.
  2. Go through your Pipetop Company Archive and click-through to Linkedin: Have someone on your team go through your fresh Company Archive within Pipetop. For each company, he/she can then click on a direct link within Pipetop to see the contacts on Linkedin.
  3. Find the decision maker on Linkedin: When on Linkedin, Pipetop Chrome extension inserts buttons next to people's names - so when you discover the right contact, simply click on the small Pipetop button next to the name.
  4. That's it: Find more contacts from the same company or work on more companies.

4. Pipetop delivers you the contact details in the format of your CRM

You tell us your CRM and we deliver you the contact data formatted appropriately and ready to be imported into your CRM.

Please note: We will only charge you for successfuly found emails. We don't charge you for the emails lookups that don't return an email.

5. Use Reply to speed up the outbound sales campaigns

Tools needed: Reply

At this point you know who you want to target and most of their email addresses. Because the initial email outreach and subsequent follow-ups can be quite boring, it's wise to help yourself with a tool like Reply.

Reply enables you to streamline this boring process, create personalized email templates and have it handle the follow-ups automatically. Once you get a reply, you can continue the conversation from within your normal email client.
